How do I get started?
Simply message us on WhatsApp with your loved one's name, the cemetery name, and the grave location (if known). We will confirm availability, discuss the right package, and begin care as soon as payment is received.
What if I don't know the exact grave location?
That's okay. If you can provide the name and approximate date of burial, we will do our best to locate the grave. We have experience working with cemetery records and local contacts.
How are photos sent to me?
Photos are sent directly to your WhatsApp number after every visit. You will receive a message from our team with the date, time, and images from that visit.
Can I request a one-time visit instead of a package?
Yes. We offer one-time visits for special occasions such as anniversaries, Eid, or the anniversary of a passing. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange a one-time service.
What flowers do you use?
We use fresh, seasonal flowers appropriate for the occasion. You can also request specific flowers or colours if you have a preference — just let us know when you book.
